Almora. Former President of Almora Campus Students’ Union and former State Minister of Uttarakhand, Advocate Kewal Sati, in a press statement said that the recently concluded students’ union election results clearly indicate the deep resentment among the youth of Uttarakhand regarding the UKSSSC paper leak case. He said that this scandal has not only ruined the hard work of the students but has also shattered their dreams and future. This is the reason why both the youth and their parents are extremely worried today.
Advocate Sati stated that the government’s betrayal of the youth’s future is the main reason behind these election results. He added that now the youth of Uttarakhand have resolved to teach the government a lesson in the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. One of their primary demands is that the paper leak case should be investigated by the CBI so that the real culprits can be punished.
He further said that the youth of Uttarakhand have lost faith in the government. Criticizing the ruling leaders, Sati remarked that instead of accepting their responsibilities, both the state and central government ministers are blaming opposition MLAs for obstructing development works. However, the reality is that people are fully aware of the truth.
Advocate Sati also warned that if the government fails to address the issues of the youth and does not take strict action against those guilty in the paper leak case, then this anger among the youth will only intensify in the coming days.
