Almora. To provide better facilities to the police force and promote smart policing, SSP Almora Devendra Pincha has been making continuous efforts. In this sequence, on the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Sunday, 28 September 2025, the foundation ceremony of the newly constructed building for Majkhali Police Post was performed with Vedic rituals and worship by Additional Superintendent of Police Almora Harbans Singh.
The construction of this building will give a strong base to Majkhali Police Post, enabling law and order management and public service in the area to become more effective and organized. Once completed, the building will ensure permanent arrangements for the police force in the region and accelerate policing-related activities.
With an improved workplace, police personnel will be able to resolve public grievances more quickly and efficiently.
On this occasion, Circle Officer Ranikhet Vimal Prasad, Inspector-in-Charge Ranikhet Ashok Kumar Dhankad, along with other police personnel, were present.
